A superbly creamy and morish overnight oat mix, really low in sugar , its super filling too.  Mix this into yogurt and apple juice and leave  overnight .

Or  – if like me you forget -you can mix and leave it for a few minutes before eating and it will be just as yummy-

I throw in grated apple a  handful of blueberries  and mix in yogurt for an instant fruit and fibre fix

– A friend mixes hers before she goes to bed and adds frozen blackberries and blueberries , pops it in the fridge – gorgeous and ready to go a.m!

Sliced bananas and quickly pan toasted flaked almonds are also another fave ( just saying!)
